What’s your pricing policy?
The nightly rate listed is for a 7 or 14 night stay. Contact us for a rate for odd duration stays.
How much is the deposit?
We ask for a 25% deposit to secure your booking.
When will the remaining balance be due?
The balance is due 2 months before travel. We will email you to remind you when it is due.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Any cancellation by the Client must be notified in writing directly to the Company. If the notification of cancellation is received by the Company more than six weeks before departure, only the deposit will be retained by the Company.
If six weeks or less, then the following cancellation charges will apply:
– More than 4 weeks and up to 6 weeks before departure 40% of the total cost.
– More than 2 weeks and up to 4 weeks before departure 75% of the total cost.
– 2 weeks before departure 100% of the total cost.
