Our services include
Office Personnel: We have two members of office staff who offer full time care and assistance to our clients and their guests. Exceptional experience of customer care and a very hands on approach by the proprietor who is personally involved in the day to day running of the services and oversees all works carried out by the team. We do a meet and greet service and offer a welcome pack to your guests. We also visit at the end of your guests stay to wish them well and enquire about their experience in your property. We offer feedback to you the owner when needed and improve services if anything is brought to our attention.
Property Maintenance: We have a maintenance person who is available 24/7, emergency out of hours are covered should there be any issues that need to be dealt with as a matter of urgency. Our Property Maintenance Technician completes checks to ensure that bulbs and electrics are all in proper working condition and also that the general upkeep of the property is prioritised. Water and weather damage as well as wear and tear from general use is reported to office immediately. We also have a Pool Technician and a Gardener employed as part of our team, ensuring all of your property needs are met.
Cleaning: We have an exceptional team of highly experienced and efficient cleaning staff who have extensive experience within the hospitality sector, specifically within 5 Star hotels both on the mainland and further afield. Your property is cleaned to the highest standard by a team who take pride in their work.
Laundry: We have an in-house launderette where your laundry is given the best personal treatment there is. Having experienced loss of items and staining from outsourcing the laundry services we decided to build an in-house launderette to give us more control over the cleanliness and condition of your laundry and to also give you peace of mind that your property will always be held to the highest of standards.
Guest Registrations: We will take care of the completing of Guardia Civil forms for you.
As you can see from the list above, we have an all round maintenance team that will work with you in the best way possible to suit your individual needs.
